Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Finance Dashboard ("the app"), an internal tool operated by Taybec LLC, doing business as Stone Harp Analytics ("we"), handles data. The app is used only by Taybec LLC to view its own financial information.
What data the app accesses
With authorization from a Taybec LLC QuickBooks Online administrator, the app reads Taybec LLC's own accounting data from QuickBooks Online, such as company information, accounts, transactions, invoices, and financial reports. The app has read-only behavior: it does not create, change, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.
How the data is used
The data is used only to display internal financial reports to Taybec LLC's authorized personnel. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Where the data is stored
The app runs on Taybec LLC's own computers. Data is retrieved from QuickBooks Online when a report is viewed. The QuickBooks authorization tokens are stored only on those company computers. This website stores no QuickBooks data and uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with any third party.
Disconnecting and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online, or by contacting us. When access is revoked, the stored authorization tokens are deleted.
Security
Connections to QuickBooks Online use HTTPS and Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. Credentials are kept out of source code and are not shared.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
