End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use

Finance Dashboard ("the app") is proprietary internal software of Taybec LLC, doing business as Stone Harp Analytics ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
License
Use of the app is limited to authorized personnel of Taybec LLC, for Taybec LLC's internal business purposes. The app is not licensed, sold, or offered to anyone else. You may not copy, distribute, or resell it.
QuickBooks Online
The app connects to Taybec LLC's QuickBooks Online company with read-only behavior, using authorization granted by a company administrator. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reports are for internal management information and should be checked against the accounting records before being relied on for tax, legal, or financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taybec LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
Access may be withdrawn at any time, including by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online.
